Roast lentils with tzatziki

Ingredient List (2 People)
Pancakes:
150g yellow (or red) lentils
100g of cheese (Schlanderser / Aschbacher or Parmesan)
2 spring onions
50g of breadcrumbs
2 eggs
fresh chives
Tzatziki:
1/4 cucumber
150g of Greek yogurt
1 clove of garlic
a lot of salt

Preparation:
Rinse the yellow lentils under water with double the water (salt) in a saucepan and bring them to a boil. Boil for 10-15 minutes and let it cool.
Finely chop the spring onion and chives and place them in a large bowl.
Grate the cheese into the bowl.
Add the eggs.
Add the cooled lentils and mix all the ingredients.
Shape the dough into roasts (6-7 pieces)
Grease a skillet and fry the roasts over medium heat. (per side 4-5 minutes on both sides)
For the Tzatziki:
Grate the cucumber into strips. Mix with yogurt, salt, pepper and garlic.
Let it sit for a while so that the aroma can unfold.
As soon as the fried cucumber is browned crispy on both sides, it can be served with tzatiki and fresh chives.
