Oats, coconut and quinoa

This meal is great as a source of energy for your post-exercise energy intake - packed with nutrients, high quality quinoa and flaxseed protein and delicious dates.

Ingredient List (16 Pieces)
25 g of quinoa, red or white
25 g of flax seeds
250 g of rolled oats
50 g of coconut flakes
2 tablespoons of Proteindrinkmix mixture
2 tablespoons Formula 3 PPP
175 g of coconut oil
200 g of agave syrup
100 g of chopped dates

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Line an 8-inch-long baking sheet with non-stick baking paper.
Steam the quinoa in a dry pan over medium heat for a few minutes, shaking regularly, until it is darker and a few shades toasted. Remove it from the pan and set it aside to cool.
Grind the flaxseed powder in a blender.
Mix together the oat flakes, quinoa, flaxseed powder, coconut flakes, Formula 3 PPP and protein drink mix.
Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the agave syrup and mix in the chopped dates.
Pour everything into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool in the form and cut it into 16 squares. Remove it from the mold and let it cool completely.
Tip: You can keep your meal in airtight packages for up to a week.
