Blueberry Chia Pudding Chia

Ingredient List (1 Person)
2 scoops of Formula 1 with strawberries
250 ml of low-fat milk or vegetable drink
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
70 g of blueberry blend

Preparation:
Put the scoops of Formula 1, milk and chia seeds in a container and close. Shake well and set aside for 10 minutes or until the dough thickens. Shake from time to time.
Meanwhile, mash the berries with a fork. Put the berry mixture in a glass or bowl. Gently pour the Formula 1 blend over the blueberries.
Cover with cling film and refrigerate for several hours (or overnight) until dessert is nice and firm.
