Ingredient list
1 banana
2-3 tablespoons chia seeds
150 ml soy drink
2 tablespoons Herbalife smoothie

Preparation:
Blend the soy drink with the smoothie and banana
Mix the chia seeds and let swell
Garnish to taste: chia seeds, berries, ....
