Roasted chickpeas

Ingredient List (2 People)
1 large glass or better home cooked chickpeas (480g drained weight)
3 tablespoons of olive oil
paprika powder, garlic powder, cumin, chilli (optional)

Preparation:

For the roasted chickpeas, drain well and pat dry.
Then preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Put the chickpeas in a bowl along with the olive oil. Add half a teaspoon of paprika powder, a quarter of a teaspoon of garlic powder, a little salt, a little pepper and a quarter of a teaspoon of cumin. Those who love the heat can also add some chili.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chickpeas over it. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until slightly crisp and a little darker.
Let the finished roasted chickpeas cool and place them in a bowl.
