Crunchy walnut muesli

Nuts provide healthy fats, vitamins and minerals. In combination with the F1 Vanilla and Beta Heart® smoothie this muesli offers a balanced and tasty breakfast or snack suitable for any time of day.

Ingredient List (30 Pieces)
125 g of coconut oil
150 ml of honey or agave syrup
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
500 g of oat flakes or a mixture of barley, wheat and rye flakes
100 g of flaked almonds
100 g of chopped cashews
100 g of coconut flakes
100 g of pumpkin seeds
100 g of sunflower seeds
250 g of dried fruit, e.g. dried dates, figs or apricots, sultanas, raisins - preferably a little of everything
4 scoops of F1 vanilla smoothie
8 scoops of Beta Heart

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
Melt the coconut oil, honey or agave syrup and vanilla extract in a saucepan.
Combine the oatmeal, almonds, cashews, coconut flakes, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds in a large bowl.
Mix liquid coconut oil and honey (or agave syrup) and mix well.
Place the muesli on a large baking sheet
and cook for 25 minutes or until the nuts and seeds are light brown in color. Shake every 5 minutes in the oven, so that it darkens evenly.
Remove the pan from the oven and let the cereals on top of them cool. Stir the muesli evenly.
When it has cooled, add the nuts, vanilla F1 smoothie and Beta Heart®.
Mix well and put everything in an airtight container.
Store the container at room temperature.
It will last up to a month.
Tip: You can also use a teaspoon or two of ground cinnamon.
