Creamy Fruit Tarts

The ingredients in these tartlets combine best to create a sumptuous yet nutritious fruit treat. Variety is created by selecting other seasonal fruits.

Ingredient list (6 Pieces)

For the base:
150 g of porridge
1 tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 tablespoons of Protein Drink Mix
2 tablespoons Formula 3 PPP
2 tablespoons of hot water
For the dressing:
3 scoops Formula 1 Crème vanilla
3 tablespoons protein drink mix
200 ml almond drink, unsweetened
12 blackberries
6 small strawberries
12 slices of canned peach

Preparation:

For the base, mix the oatmeal, honey, coconut oil, Protein Drink Mix, Formula 3 PPP and water in a bowl.
Put everything in a firm paste and line the bottom and edges of six tart cups. If necessary, use parchment paper to make it easier to flip the cake bases.
Use the back of a spoon or your fingers to press on the cake bases.
Bake the cake bases in the oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the Almond Drink, Protein Drink Mix and Vanilla Formula 1 Crème in a blender until you have a thick pudding.
Cut some strawberries and (a few) slices of peach in half.
When the puddings are ready, remove them from the oven and let them cool (20 min.).
Fill the pudding dough and then cover the tartlets with fruit.
