Ingredient List (2 People)
1 tuber of fennel
Half a leek
1 bunch of dill
1 untreated lemon

4 pieces of skinless salmon fillet (à 100 g)

Preparation:
Clean the fennel, halve, remove the hard core and cut it into flat strips.
Rinse the dill and remove the flags.
Wash the lemons, dry them and cut them into slices.
Cut the leeks into rings.
Rinse the salmon, pat and season with salt and pepper.
Prepare pieces of parchment paper (or aluminum foil), spread the ingredients and close tightly.
Bake at 160 degrees for about 12-15 minutes (cooking time is slightly longer for larger packages).
