Whole protein breadsticks

Quick, easy, tasty and ideal for munching on salads, vegetables, etc.

List of ingredients
125 g of wholemeal spelled flour
125g of bread flour
3g of dry yeast
1 teaspoon (fresh) chopped thyme
150 ml of warm water
3 tablespoons of Herbalife Gourmet Tomato Soup
1 teaspoon of olive oil

Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and shape a dough using your hands.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and leave at room temperature for about half an hour.
Remove the large pieces of walnut from the dough and roll them into "sticks".
Sprinkle with seeds (sesame, linseed ....) to taste.
Place on baking paper at a sufficient distance and bake at 200 degrees in a preheated oven.
