Rolls with avocado and chicken

These delicious confections can be filled in different ways, for example with peppers, onions, cucumbers, cucumbers, radishes, smoked salmon, turkey or chicken breast, etc. They can also be easily transported and are therefore suitable for going out of the house - just wrap them in cling film and take them with you. If it goes particularly fast, it is also possible to buy wraps and fill them directly.

List of ingredients (4 people)
For pasta:
250 g of flour (wholemeal flour / kamut flour according to taste, ........)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil
1 dl of water
For the filling:
1/4 lettuce (for example: romaine lettuce or iceberg lettuce)
1 ripe avocado
2 hard-boiled eggs
2 tsp lime juice
8-12 strips of bacon for breakfast
250g fried chicken breast (or sliced ​​fried turkey breast)
400 g of ricotta
1 box of watercress
4 tablespoons of hot pepper sauce

Preparation:
For the bands: Mix the flour, salt and oil. Add the water gradually until the dough is firm and not too sticky (more or less water is needed, depending on the type of flour).
Put the pasta in a bowl, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
During this time, the corn cobs are cooked in sugared water for about 20 minutes until soft; the cobs are removed, cooled and then the grains are cut from the cobs.
When the two hours of cooling are almost over, the tomatoes are sown and cut into cubes (if you want, you can peel them first).
In a bowl, mix the ricotta with the corn and tomato cubes, add the chives and season with chilli powder, salt and pepper.
Divide the dough into 4 portions and spread it very thin and rectangular on a well floured surface so that they fit into a rectangular grid. Heat this grill pan on the plate and fry the flat cakes one after the other without fat on both sides, until they throw bubbles, then immediately remove them from the pan, otherwise they become hard. If necessary, cover with aluminum foil and keep in a preheated oven at 50 degrees for a short period of time.
When all the flat cakes have been cooked, distribute the filling in the center of the flat cakes, then roll them up and serve immediately.
