Kaiserschmarrn with raspberries

Ingredient List (2 People)
6 eggs, size M
50g of coconut or almond flour
40g of protein powder (PPP or PDM)
200g of whole milk
20g of starch
150g of fresh raspberries
a little oil for frying
a little powdered sugar

Preparation:
1.) Use a large bowl. Carefully separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff.
2.) In another bowl, mix the egg yolk with the milk. Then slowly pour the egg white powder and mix. Do the same with the coconut flour and starch
3.) Slowly fold the egg yolk mass into the beaten egg white.
4.) In a pan, put a little oil over medium heat and pour the mass. After a few minutes, the underside should already be golden brown in color and the mass should be slightly sticky.
5.) Cut the mixture and turn it upside down with the help of a second spatula. Bake on the other side until the mixture is completely ready.
6.) Put it on a plate, sprinkle it with powdered sugar and garnish with raspberries.
