Chocolate paste:
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of Protein Drink Mix
1 tablespoon of cocoa (without sugar)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
6 tablespoons of milk
Cream:
125g of ricotta
1 tablespoon of Protein Drink Mix
3 tablespoons of milk

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Separate the eggs and beat the egg white.
Mix the protein drink, cocoa, baking powder and mix with the egg yolk and milk until you have a lump-free dough.
Fold the egg white carefully.
Roll out the dough on a baking sheet (on parchment paper) and cook for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the cream.
To do this, mix the cottage cheese with 1 tablespoon of Protein Drink Mix and about 3 tablespoons of milk (add the milk with a spoon). A creamy mixture must be formed.
Let the pasta cool a little, cut in half and spread one half with the cream.
Fold the other half and cut the milk slices (about 5 pieces).
Refrigerate them for 30-60 minutes to make them a little firmer.
