Pumpkin Chocolate Mousse

Autumn is associated with pumpkin. Pumpkin contains vitamins A, C and E, which make this vegetable a good booster of the immune system. This recipe is delicious for both breakfast and dessert.

List of ingredients (2 Pieces)
2 scoops (26 g) of F1 Chocolate
2 scoops (28 g) of PDM
125 g of pumpkin cubes
250 ml of water
½ teaspoon of nutmeg
½ teaspoon orange peel grater
½ teaspoon fresh ginger grater
½ teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation:
Cook the pumpkin cubes for about 15 minutes until soft and can be pierced with a knife.
Cool them under cold water and blend them in a blender with the water, F1 and PDM until smooth.
Put everything in a container, sprinkle the spices on it and rub it. Mix it well.
Enjoy it immediately if you eat it for breakfast or as a snack. For dessert? Let it cool for 15 minutes and put it in the fridge.
