We all love the combination of tomatoes and red peppers - especially in a delicious muffin! Gourmet Tomato Soup gives the dish its great base flavor and the protein drink mix is ​​perfect for boosting your daily protein intake.

75 g of strong organic flour
75 g of rolled oats
2 tablespoons of mix protein drink
5 tablespoons of gourmet tomato soup
2.5 teaspoons of baking powder
1 heaped tablespoon
Chives, chopped
100 g of grated cheese, approx
Parmesan or Cheddar
¼ teaspoon of earth

2 large eggs
50 ml of olive oil
200 ml of water
100 g of mixed dried tomatoes and roasted peppers, chopped

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Place the muffin cans in a muffin tray with 12 cans. Combine the flour, oatmeal, protein drink mix, gourmet tomato soup, baking powder, chopped chives, grated cheese, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
In a second bowl, beat the two eggs. Mix with olive oil and water and then add the chopped tomatoes and peppers.
Mash the dry ingredients in the center. Put the liquid ingredients in it. Knead carefully until it forms a compact dough.
With a spoon, pour the dough into the 12 molds. Bake on the central rack in the preheated oven for 23-25 ​​minutes until the dough is leavened, golden and well done. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
Tip: You can also add 2 teaspoons of chopped thyme or rosemary instead of chives.
