Muffins and pizza aren't exactly the healthiest meals, and then both in one ?! Of course, no problem with this low carb muffii recipe. You can enjoy them without a guilty conscience and they are also very tasty!

List of ingredients (6 people)
3 pcs. eggs
100 g of low-fat quark
1 tablespoon of unsweetened tomato paste
100 g of grated cheese (Schlanderser)
1 teaspoon of oregano and other spices of your choice
1 pinch of salt and pepper
80 g of turkey ham
80 g of feta
80 g of red pepper
80 g of cherry tomatoes

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Combine the eggs, quark and tomato paste in a bowl.
Cut the ham, feta, bell pepper and tomatoes into cubes. Grate the cheese.
Place some grated cheese, peppers and tomatoes on the side for later garnish.
Put the rest in the bowl, mix well and season to taste.
Fill a muffin pan / silicon cups with the batter.
Put the rest of the tomato and pepper pieces on the pasta. Sprinkle some grated cheese on top and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Done!
Of course you can use other ingredients instead of ham, feta, pepper and tomatoes. Make your own low carb pizza muffins to your taste, but remember that nutritional values ​​will always change.
