Pan of salmon and cucumber

With wholemeal spaghetti as a side dish, the dish becomes a lunch.

Ingredient List (2 People)
400 g cucumber
1 medium onion
1 teaspoon of coriander seeds
300 g of salmon fillet
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil
125 ml of vegetable broth
200 g of cream
3 stalks of dill

Preparation:
Peel and halve the cucumber, remove the seeds with a spoon and cut them into pieces.
Peel the onion and finely chop.
Crush the cilantro in a mortar.
Cut the salmon into 1.5 cm cubes.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fish all around for 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Add the onion cubes to the pan and saute for 1 minute.
Add the cucumber and saute for 2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour in the broth and cream, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 4 minutes.
Wash the dill, dry, shake, pinch and finely chop.
Bring the salmon to boil briefly in the pan and season with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with dill.
