Japanese Pancakes 2.0

My recipe has been revised, improved and simplified.

List of ingredients (1 Person)
2 eggs
2 heaping tablespoons of F1 vanilla smoothie
2-3 tablespoons of milk
Splash of lemon juice

Preparation:
Mix the milk and egg yolk with a whisk.
Sift the smoothie and mix.
Beat the egg white with the lemon juice.
Now gradually add the beaten egg whites (in small portions), very carefully into the egg yolk mixture.
To fry, place a covered pan on the griddle, brush with oil and heat over medium-low heat.
Now pour the dough into the pan with a ladle, divide the dough into 2 pancakes (like a tower). Add a few drops of water to the pan and close with the lid. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side, turning carefully.
