Pistachio - chocolate with coconut protein

Ingredients list (6 People)
30 g Tri-Blend Select Banana
50 g cocoa powder
50 g coconut oil
50 ml almond drink
1 tablespoon of coconut flakes
1 tablespoon of chopped pistachio

Preparation:

Put the coconut oil in a bowl and heat it for one minute over medium heat in the microwave or stove.
Mix in Tri-Blend Select, cocoa powder and the almond drink until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the batter over it. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and chopped pistachios and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Before serving the parchment paper, carefully peel and break the chocolate into small pieces.
Optional: sprinkle with edible rose petals.
