Kidney Meatballs with Tuna

Ingredient List (2 People)
3 large cans of natural tuna (รก 84g drained weight)
1 shallot (small red onion)
240g white or red beans (fresh or in glass)
1 egg
Sale
pepper
Chilli powder
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 clove of garlic
Parsley at will
For the dip:
2.5 tablespoons of Herbalife tomato soup
200 ml of hot water

Preparation:
Wash the tuna and beans in a sieve and drain them.
Peel and chop the shallot and garlic.
Mash the beans with a fork and knead them with the tuna, scallion, and egg into a malleable mass.
Season the pasta with salt, pepper, parsley and chilli and shape into flat meatballs.
Fry the meatballs on both sides in a skillet over low heat.
For the sauce: Mix the hot water with the tomato soup.
Arrange the meatballs on a plate and enjoy the tomato protein sauce.
