Zucchini roulade

Ingredient List (2 People)
500 g of zucchini
50 g of grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
Sale
pepper
Tomatoes (ham or salmon is also possible)
Cheese (or cream cheese or mozzarella)

Preparation:
Grate the zucchini, add some salt and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Squeeze the water well (with a kitchen towel) and mix with Parmesan, egg and pepper
Put on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Then cover the zucchini base and put it back in the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
Roll the whole thing up.
