Zucchini tagliatelle with cherry tomatoes and feta

400 g courgettes
200 g cherry tomatoes
1 spring onion
150 g feta
4 tablespoons of olive oil

Preparation:
Wash and dry the courgettes - cut the ends and cut the courgettes with the spiral cutter into long thin noodles - put the courgette noodles and a little salt in a bowl and mix.
Wash and drain the tomatoes, then cut in half - clean the spring onion and cut it into thin rings - wash the basil and shake it until dry, pluck the leaves and chop coarsely - cut the feta into cubes.
Heat the olive oil in a pan - add the spring onion and tomatoes and fry briefly, then remove and set aside - squeeze the zucchini noodles into a dish towel, then put them in a hot pan and cook for 5 - 8 minutes, stir several times until they are al dente.
Season the zucchini noodles with salt and pepper - add the tomatoes, the spring onion, the feta cheese and the basil - mix everything and heat it up - put the zucchini noodles with the cherry tomatoes and the feta on two plates and serve.
