Tofu and chicken wok

Both natural tofu and smoked tofu are suitable for this recipe

150 g of tofu
0.5 leek sticks
100 g of mushrooms
1 teaspoon of oil
50 ml of vegetable broth
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 clove of garlic
Grated lemon zest
Fresh ginger
Cayenne pepper

Preparation:
Cut the tofu into pieces.
Chop the ginger and garlic.
Cut the leek into thin rings.
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
Heat the oil in a wok. Brown the tofu, ginger and garlic.
Add the mushrooms and leeks and sauté for 2 minutes.
Turn off with broth and soy sauce, let it simmer for 2 minutes.
Stick to taste.
Season with lemon peel and sesame oil.
