Falafel yogurt with tahini

In this delicious variation from Herbalife Nutrition, simple falafel is given a fresh new twist. The combination of Formula 3 PPP and Beta Heart® with soy, tahini, herbs and spices tastes simply delicious.

List of ingredients (6 people)
250 g of dried chickpeas (or 2 cans of chickpeas à 400 g, emptied)
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cloves of garlic
1 handful of parsley, without stems
1 handful of coriander leaves
1 teaspoon of salt
3 tsp ground coriander
½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons of cumin, ground
2 tablespoons Formula 3 PPP
2 measuring spoons of Beta Heart
1 pack of soybeans
3 tablespoons of olive oil
120 g of Tahini pasta
120 g of low-fat natural yogurt
1 handful of green salad leaves (for garnish)

Preparation:
Soak the chickpeas overnight in plenty of cold water.
Drain the chickpeas and mash them in a blender and place them in a large bowl.
In the same blender, mix the onion, garlic cloves and herbs into a paste and add the chickpeas. Mix everything well.
Now add the spices, salt, PPP Formula 3, Beta Heart® and soy.
Mix everything well. Shape into balls and place them in a well oiled pan on all sides.
Brown or bake everything in the oven at 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes until it is well cooked.
While the falafel is cooking, mix the tahini paste with the yogurt and season to taste.
Serve the falafel hot with the tahini yogurt, garnished with the green salad to taste.
