Introduction
Network marketing has changed the lives of hundreds of thousands of people around the world and you need to be aware of it at all times and every opportunity is good to be able to share this opportunity with people.
For this reason, don't necessarily go looking for someone because you have to sell, do it with the knowledge that you can help someone else change their life for the better.
Network Marketing is a job and therefore should be taken like any other type of job.
So if I am working I will have to do something every day repeatedly. It may be enough to make one contact a day, a phone call a day, an interview a day and this will give me results.
I have to decide that my success is more important than my fears, it is more important than my doubts, it is more important than my insecurities and I will go further, I will do things even if I am afraid, I will do things even if I am insecure, I will do things too if I don't know what I have to say, but I will have the knowledge that if I continue to do them I will learn.
If I don't practice what I learn I will never be competent.
From there then I will be able to teach people, because if I don't do it it will be very difficult that I will be able to teach it to my downline, because one of the bases of this job is being able to teach your group the things you have learned.

Persuasion techniques
Learn the most effective persuasion techniques to use to promote your products or services with ease.
Why and when to use persuasion?
When you launch a new product on the market, your main goal is to generate new sales and for this reason you want to convince the public to buy.
Persuasion consists in the ability to be able to persuade someone to do something and in online marketing it often applies to sales.
Another great use of this practice occurs in convincing investors to become shareholders or to contribute financially to their business project.
The 6 principles of persuasion
Being able to convince someone is an art and essentially relies on the unconscious part of our brain, in particular on emotions to trigger an unconscious desire to follow our goal.
Commitment and consistency
The first tactic is to consistently follow the first decision we have made, even if it is a small one.
To give an example, when you try a product and then propose to buy it are based on this rule.
After deciding to get involved and try a product, it will be very likely that we will buy it.
We are all influenced by what other people are doing and this is precisely why if we see someone doing something, we are likely to follow their example too.
In practice, this concept applies to fashion or positive reviews on e-commerce sites.
The more positive opinions are published, the more we are enticed to buy that product, even if no one guarantees us that we too will have the exact same positive experience.
Reciprocity
If someone gives us an item, we will feel indebted and will probably give them a gift.
Similarly, if a site allows us to have a free sample or let us download an ebook for free, it generates an unconscious sense of debt in us and we will probably subconsciously be led to buy something.
Authority
The fact of being an expert in a particular field gives the subject so-called authority or authority and influences us enormously.
For example, when a patient goes to the doctor, she usually trusts and will buy the specific drug suggested by the professional, without considering other alternatives or questioning the advice.
Shortage
The classic teleshopping formulas as the last 3 pieces or just for today rely on the principle of scarcity because they put pressure on us to take action quickly, otherwise we will miss a great opportunity.
Sympathy
Why do TV commercials use well-known beauty testimonials or are considered nice by the general public?
Customers prefer to shop and are influenced by people who seem pleasant.
Develop self-esteem
Practical actions to develop the self-esteem of a superhero
Increasing self-esteem and self-confidence does not automatically make us superheroes, but represents the first step to better face the challenges of every day and our most ambitious goals.
Low self-esteem can be a huge obstacle on the path to our dreams and goals. When we stop believing in ourselves, in our potential and in our abilities, the outside world and those around us start making decisions that would be up to us alone.
You can't choose what color your eyes or hair are, but you can always learn to respect yourself more, to recognize your limitations and to appreciate your strengths.
That's right, you can learn how to increase self-esteem.
I want to talk to you about some practical actions that have proved particularly effective in increasing self-esteem:
Look after your appearance
Taking care of yourself, your physical appearance and the way we dress can have a major impact on our self-esteem.
Sometimes, when we feel out of sorts and out of shape, a little sporting activity, a nice shower and our favorite item of clothing are what we need to increase our self-confidence.
Taking care of our appearance not only makes us feel better, it helps us create a new image of ourselves.
Much of our level of self-esteem is linked to the image we project of ourselves in our mind.
This image is not always real and we often tend to give more weight to our defects rather than our strengths.
Learn to define your goals
Another important component of our self-esteem is linked to the goals we manage to achieve.
Some periods of our life seemed full of constant failures; the causes can be many and yet, we often fail to achieve our goals because of how we define them.
Better goals can lead us to better results and consequently to greater self-esteem.
Write a personal journal
Most of the time we remember our failures very well and we tend to forget our successes; for this reason, a personal diary, in which to collect our thoughts and experiences (positive and negative) on a daily basis, can help us have a more objective image of the results we have achieved in the past. Knowing yourself, what you have already faced and how you came out of it, can be a fundamental boost to increase your confidence.
Speaks slowly
I will never stop surprising me how our body and our gestures affect our mind and vice versa. Some practical examples?
Try to speak slowly: those who speak firmly and calmly demonstrate that they have full command of the subject and do not have to rush to express their opinion.
Self-esteem is not a prepackaged cake that we can prepare in a quarter of an hour by mixing 3-4 ingredients.
To go back to believing in ourselves we must undertake a gradual path made up of daily challenges.
Enthusiasm
Some ways to be enthusiastic and full of energy. Enthusiasm is the essential ingredient of our successes.
Enthusiasm comes from the combination of the Greek terms: en (inside) and thèos (god). Being enthusiastic literally means: having a god within yourself.
When we are enthusiastic about our life, we in fact enter a state of grace that infects everyone and everything: there is no obstacle or person who can resist us.
Even the most ambitious goals become achievable, difficulties galvanize us instead of knocking us down and a warm and deep energy pervades every cell of our body.
But finding enthusiasm isn't always easy
In this fast-paced society, we feel more and more competing (stress), awe (fear), confusion (disorientation) day after day, and to calm our nerves we take refuge in distraction.
How can we get back to being enthusiastic in the workplace, at university, in our private life? How can we go back to feeling that god pawing within us?
Put your passion into it
If you learn to put enthusiasm, passion and dedication into everything, even in the little things and ordinary activities, chances are you can find your life purpose, even where you never would have looked for it.
Try it today: instead of facing your next task with intolerance and superficiality, do it with an attitude of sincere curiosity, as if you were doing it for the first time, do it with the utmost concentration, do it with the same love that a craftsman puts into his work.

Have you ever heard of the "vision board"?
As mentioned, it is not necessary to have found one's purpose to live with enthusiasm; yet having a direction to aim for, a broad vision of what we want, can be the key to rekindling the enthusiasm in our life.
In these cases, a vision board can be extremely useful.
A vision board is nothing more than a set of images and words that represent what you want ...
As soon as you get the chance, set aside an hour all for yourself and start looking in magazines or online sites, images, quotes and words that deeply inspire you and that depict the goals you want to achieve, the emotions you want to feel, the mentors you want to emulate, the person you want to become.
Print or cut out these figures and then create a collage to hang in a place to look at every morning when you wake up and every night before bed.
A vision board can be a very powerful tool and can help us bring our daily focus back to what we really want in our life.
Give yourself a goal
If you don't have a vision for your life yet, set yourself a goal - any goal.
Find it and work towards your goal.
Making a promise to yourself and respecting it for a long enough time to achieve concrete changes is one of those superpowers that will not only give you back enthusiasm, but will allow you to achieve the unimaginable.
Start small, perhaps with goals that you can achieve in a maximum of one or two weeks. Once you've got the rhythm right, aim higher.
Become an "informational" illiterate
The term "functional illiterate" has now entered the common language and is used (and often abused) on social networks.
In case you don't know, the functional illiterate is the one who is able to read, but is unable to fully understand the meaning of what he reads.
To get back to being enthusiastic about your life you have to become a person who is able to find out about the latest news of the day, but doesn't!
TG, newspapers and online news sites do not provide an objective representation of reality: these media do nothing but report 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the "trees that fall", or those news that make noise and these news are often dramatic news (murders, economic crises, acts of violence, thefts, etc.).
Constantly feeding our minds with this information doesn't make us better prepared, it only makes us more scared, unmotivated and frustrated.
Having a healthy media diet means getting rid of fast-food information (news) and enriching your mind with in-depth information (books, essays, documentaries, etc.).
Stop complaining
"For every minute you spend complaining, you lose sixty seconds of happiness."
It is physically impossible to complain and be excited at the same time.
Or you choose to complain, focusing on everything that is wrong with your life. Either you choose to be enthusiastic, focusing on what already works or it could work great with a little effort.
Raise your average!
We are the average of the 5 people we hang out with.
Applying the advice we have seen so far will be of little use if you frequent people who take your energy away and lower your self-esteem every day.
Learn to surround yourself with positive and enthusiastic people.
